Hello, I'm Kei.

It's pronounced "key". For three decades I've worked at the meeting point of technology and people, and learned that the hardest part is rarely the technical part. It's the human one.

I'm an author, solution architect, and advisor based in Melbourne. Across more than ten years in technology consulting and over twenty-five in marketing, I've seen what earns a customer's trust and what quietly loses it.

A while back, my team earned twelve straight 5 out of 5 customer satisfaction scores. People asked how. I wrote it down, and that became my book, 5 Star Consulting: twelve principles for delivering outstanding customer satisfaction.

Kei 2 Success is where I share the rest. The notes I take on the books I read, the conversations I have with people who are achieving real things, and the small ideas that, applied consistently, add up to a lot.

My day job is at 8Squad, a consultancy that puts being human at the centre of the work. I studied at Monash University.
